1.1 This privacy policy sets out how the Travel Surrey Website uses and protects any information that you give when you use this website.
1.2 Travel Surrey is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
1.3 Travel Surrey may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from March 2010.
2. What we collect
2.1 Travel Surrey collects no personal information online. Anybody that appears in a photograph/ video will have completed an appropriate photo/video release form.
2.2 If you would like to send in video clips/ photos to put on the site, then please e-mail us at surreytravel.dayservices@surreycc.gov.uk and we will send you a form to fill in and send back with your clips/ photos.
We welcome your feedback and comments on the filmed travel scenarios and clips. However, we will be monitoring the posts and we have record of your ipp address, therefore we will take action if we find posts are of an offensive or discriminatory manner.
2.4 We reserve the right to adapt information sent to us for posting on the site if we feel it does not comply with our standards of practice.
3. Using the Website
3.1 You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Website.
3.2 Such restriction or inhibition includes:
behaviour which is unlawful

behaviour that may disrupt the normal flow of dialogue within this site.
